My oppinion:
I was a bit unsure about what genre I should
put this in, as it's more of an action Sci-Fi film then a
horror movie, but as it's got zombies, I ended up putting
it in the horror selection.. So, what can I say about this
one? Well, just like the first Resident
Evil movie, I found this one to
be a lot of fun. It's action packed and the quick pace makes
sure you don't really care about the thin plot and lack of
originality when it comes to the script. The zombies look
nice enough, and I like the fact that they're a bit slow,
which is the way I prefer them to behave. After The
Fifth Element, I've become a fan
of Milla Jovovich.
She just looks great! The acting is decent enough as well,
considering what they've got to work with. I know a lot of
people hate the two Resident Evil movies, but in my opinion,
they're great for what they are; mindless, highly entertaining
and over the top action flicks, and I recommend them if you're
into that sort of thing!
